We have had the pleasure of working with Aisle Planner on every LVL Academy workshop to date.  And there's a reason why: Aisle Planner has changed the way we plan weddings for the better.  Not a week goes by in our office where we don't say "What would we do without Aisle Planner??" 

It is an online platform that we believe every planner should be working with.  This week, we interviewed Tayler Cusick-Hollman of Aisle Planner to give you an inside peek at the company and how it works.

LVL Academy: Tell us all about Aisle Planner!

Tayler: Aisle Planner’s mission really is simple: to give wedding professionals the tools they need to do their job well and to do it seamlessly.

Aisle Planner is the brain child of Christina Farrow, a long time professional wedding planner who had a planning and rental business in Hawaii.  After 15 years in the industry (and more 3-ring binders than she could count) she had the idea for an online platform that would streamline her process and allow her to access anything, about any of her clients, anywhere.  After a lot of research, a ton of notes, and finding the right technology partner to help her build it, Aisle Planner became a reality!

That was back in 2013 and Aisle Planner has changed so much since then.  Now, there is a small but dedicated team working with Tina out of the office in Encinitas. Aisle Planner has come really far from its first planning tools back in 2014 and there is still so much to come!

LVL Academy: What are the future goals for Aisle Planner?

Tayler: We’ve always had lofty goals and it has been so exciting to see them come to life!  The ultimate goal is to create an ecosystem where planning professionals, vendor partners, and their clients (booked and potential) can seamlessly work together on their weddings and events.  And, over the past 6 months we’ve rounded out our suite of planning tools with the business tools that are foundational to bringing that ecosystem to life.  Now all of the wedding planners and professionals who use Aisle Planner can manage their leads, send proposals, contracts, invoices, and collect payments online through our tools.

In the short term, we are currently working on refining some of our existing tools (there is something highly requested coming very soon!) as well as a couple big projects that I’ve been sworn to secrecy about :)  Stay tuned!

Tayler is the Media & Marketing Director at Aisle Planner and oversees the company’s marketing and advertising strategy, design and creative projects, manage all social media channels and lead a small editorial team as managing editor of the company’s business and lifestyle blog. She is obsessed with color and pattern, notoriously cooks everything from scratch, and can sometimes be seen cruising around on a skateboard.
