LVL Answers: Will the workshop content help me if I'm not a CA or Luxury Planner?
We are getting SO excited for our upcoming workshop in November, and we wanted to take some time today to answer a recent question we received about it:
Q: I have been following LVL and LVL Academy and before I sign up...Will the content of the workshop apply to me? Will it really help me? I started my company two years ago and do weddings outside of California for all kinds of budgets. You are luxury planners, does what you teach apply to me?
A: First off, we LOVE this question and want to thank you so much for asking it. It gives us the perfect opportunity to explain what our workshop is all about, and how you can make the curriculum work for you—regardless of your location or the types of weddings you plan.
When we started planning weddings years ago, we felt as though there was such a void in the wedding-planning world when it came to accessible, approachable resources and education. In such a competitive industry, it was hard to find other planners who valued community over competition. We struggled with knowing where to turn, and with finding communities where we felt welcome to learn, grow and expand our wedding-planning knowledge. So, after many years of developing experience and connections, we created LVL Academy to give planners in all phases of their careers what Lindsay and I were looking for all along: support and community.
With that in mind, we've tailored our workshop content to be accessible and applicable for all types of planners in locations across the globe. We focus on covering issues that apply to all planners. Our workshop is, by no means, luxury-wedding specific or California-specific. Do you need to fine-tune your sales process to book more couples?
